Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, phwww reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in your account pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period.
You may close your phwww account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method upon closure.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.
